Our Leadership
After founding Templeton & Company, LLP, a Top 300 Accounting Firm, Steven Templeton developed an interest in utilizing technology to run and manage a successful professional services firm. That interest led to the development of PracticePro 365. Steve’s understanding of the accounting industry and the unique challenge of scaling a successful business is integral to the robust capabilities of PracticePro 365. Steve is a graduate of Florida State University and was recognized in the inaugural class of Accounting Today’s Managing Partner Elite list.

Tony has led the design of PracticePro 365 for more than 20 years. He utilizes his years of implementation experience with Siebel 7 and Siebel eBusiness to now work exclusively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the base technology for the software to provide a complete practice management solution. Tony has managed the implementation of PracticePro 365 at several of the largest professional services firms in the country. He is a graduate of the University of Florida

Emerson brings more than 20 years of experience with systems architecture and design to his role with PracticePro 365. His vast experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, .NET, C#, and ASP.NET allows him to understand the capabilities of the platform and use that knowledge to develop tools to achieve the objectives of the end user. Emerson is a graduate of Belo Horizonte in Brazil.

Evan is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 30 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business consulting. He embraces ways to utilize technology to enhance reporting and improve firm operations. As part of the PracticePro team from its early days, he has first-hand knowledge of its benefits for today’s professional services firms. Evan earned his bachelor’s degree from Bob Jones University and his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Jordan loves data and the way it can provide companies with insights, analytics, and business intelligence. He enjoys working with our clients to bring their data to life in a meaningful way that helps inform them of opportunities, update their processes, and aid corporate growth. Jordan’s experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, Python, and Tableau are beneficial to the team. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Brian Zemaitis serves as Director of Sales at PracticePro365, guiding our go-to-market strategy and revenue growth with a consultative, data-driven approach. He partners with accounting and professional services firms to modernize operations, improve profitability, and elevate client experience through a unified practice management platform. Brian oversees pipeline development, solution consulting, and strategic partnerships, and is known for building simple, repeatable processes that make teams more effective. Outside of driving growth, he’s an advocate for sales automation and enablement that shortens time to value for new clients.

Marty brings over 30 years of experience, predominantly with Microsoft solutions, managing project delivery, practice management and a PMP/CPA background to his role with PracticePro 365. His extensive experience with ERP implementations provides PracticePro 365 with precisely the knowledge needed to optimize successful projects for our clients, as well as positioning for long-term consultative partnerships. Marty is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University.
